Holod Remix EP
art direction, collage,
lurmish
2025
A chilling exploration of loneliness and the freezing feeling of being lost in pain. For the
Holod Remix EP, I reimagined the artwork from the Superposition album, expanding
on its theme of overlapping elements. The new visuals explore this concept from a digital
standpoint, merging emotion and technology. Stay tuned for the upcoming release.
FestTech 2024
art direction, social
media, web, print, merch
2024
Science, tech, and humor collided in a bold, chaotic visual identity — where structure met creative
flow. As Art Director within a powerhouse team, I shaped PR, decor, merch, socials, and web. The
result? 7K attendees, 1M+ reach, and 50+ media mentions.
Superposition LP
art direction, collage,
print, lurmish
2024
For longtime collaborators Lurmish, I art directed and designed the cover for Superposition
— an analogue interpretation of the fundamental physics principle stating that physical solutions of
linear systems are linear. Blending mixed-media collage with repurposed Hi8 footage, the artwork
captures multiple states at once, culminating in a composition that gives a subtle nod to Da Vinci’s
Vitruvian form. Surreal yet tactile, raw yet precise — just like the music itself.
Moscow Music School
art direction, social
media, print, merch
2024
In early 2024, I joined Moscow Music School as a marketing graphic designer, crafting visuals for
social media, events, and promotional campaigns. Over the year, my work helped the school's social
media reach over 3 million, shaping a distinct and recognizable presence.
Antinauchka conference
art direction, social
media, print
2024
Antinauchka flips the script on academia, blending sharp intellect with absurdist humor.
For its alumni edition, I was asked to adapt the identity of FestTech — another MIPT
project I worked on — infusing it with playful irreverence to match the conference’s offbeat spirit.
Beyond identity tweaks, I designed promotional materials and contributed to the stage design,
ensuring the visuals matched the event’s unconventional energy.
Music Factory
identity, art direction,
social media, motion, print, merch
2024
For two years, I shaped the visual identity of Music Factory, a residency program fostering
Russia’s next wave of musicians. Built on two pillars — music as the core and
factory as the structured creative process — the branding adapted for each iteration with distinct
color palettes and evolving graphic elements, all tied together by a cohesive visual
system.
Originally crafted in 2023 and refined in 2024, the design covered everything from social media and
livestream graphics to promotional materials, merch, and event visuals.
Over its run, Music Factory attracted 2,000+ applicants, reached over 50 million on social
media, and helped 196 residents release 78 songs, amassing 3.5 million streams.
Graphic Support for Masha Maria
art direction, motion,
collage, print, merch
2024
I collaborated with Masha Maria to bring her evolving sound to life visually, creating single
artworks, merch, promotional materials, lyric videos, and motion design. With a focus on brujeria,
the designs incorporated dark, mysterious, and slightly psychedelic elements, mirroring the shift in
her music from soft, healing hymns to darker, more intimate, and mature tones.
Golosa Live Performance Backdrop
art direction, motion
2024
For Golosa, I created a backdrop that visually captured the song’s theme of rediscovering
one's voice. Starting with an original photo of Bernshtein, I crafted a frozen version and animated
the transition within a digital room I built, where I relit the scene to emphasize the gradual
melting of the ice statue. This process symbolizes her journey from silence to self-expression —
reflecting the song’s metaphor of emerging from a cold, enduring winter into a spring of awakening.
Scream School
social media, merch
2024
As a marketing graphic designer substitute, I created social media posts and promotional materials
with an edgy, stylized aesthetic — drawing from video game UI to reflect the school’s focus on game
development. My work ranged from student case studies and feedback highlights to event promos, all
designed to engage the community and reinforce Scream School’s creative identity.
Animation Support for Notabird
art direction, motion
2024
A series of animated artworks for Notabird’s ARTPUNK LP, Remixes EP, and various
singles. The band approached me to bring more life to their album covers, and I pushed their visuals
further — using surreal animation and collage techniques to reveal hidden layers beneath the
original artworks. The result? A deeper dive into the darkness, psychosis, and uneasiness woven into
their sound.
Zvuchi Gromche
identity, art direction,
social media, motion
2024
An online camp for musicians, powered by Zvuk and inspired by its signature Gromche
playlist series. As Art Director, I crafted a sleek, cohesive identity that seamlessly
blended with Zvuk’s branding. From social media and web to app integrations, live stream graphics,
merch, and event spaces — every detail reinforced the camp’s refined aesthetic,
helping artists make some noise, louder than ever.
Disruption of Symmetry LP
art direction, collage,
merch, lurmish
2024
For Lurmish’s stripped-down EP, I art-directed and designed the cover to reflect the beauty in
disrupting symmetry. A collage of the heroine, semi-merged with an oil-painted butterfly, mirrors
the music’s transformation — delicate yet raw, fragmented yet whole.
Artworks for Alpha-Beta Singles
art direction, print
2024
For several Alpha-Beta singles, I used AI to blend and retexture images, translating their melodies
and uncanny valley aesthetics into visual form. The choice of AI as a tool reinforced the eerie,
almost human-but-not-quite feeling present in the music, blurring the line between the organic and
the artificial.
Graphic Support for BERNSHTEIN
social media, collage,
print
2024
I worked with Bernshtein to design covers for her Ne sbegu single and Poisk LP,
along with promotional materials. These songs, long kept in her vault, were finally
released after years of waiting, shaped by the weight of global conflicts. Visually, both artworks
explore the duality of the heroine in her search for self-identity, mirroring the
album’s deeply personal themes.
The Hatters Comics Cover and Promotional Materials
art direction, social
media, collage, print, merch
2023
In late 2023, Drugoe Izdatelstvo tapped me to craft the exclusive hardcover design for The Hatters
comic book.
I built a raw, rebellious collage—ripping into punk aesthetics with torn edges and layered chaos.
The cover channels the gritty, untamed energy of the story, a dive into the wild world of an indie
rock band. Beyond the cover,
I extended the visual language into a full suite of promo materials, amplifying the graphic novel’s
riotous spirit across posters, teasers, and digital assets.
Promotional Design for Prodlenka
social media, merch
2023
I worked with Drugoe Izdatelstvo to create promotional materials for Prodlenka, a comic book by geek
YouTuber AKR. The visuals embraced a playful, high-school-inspired aesthetic with hints of anime.
Alongside general promo graphics, I designed production mockups for the book and merch, including
exclusive metal print plates for early bird donors of the fundraiser.
Monomyph Bureau
identity, art direction,
print
2023
Monomyph Bureau came to life with a visual language as playful as the characters it helps create.
Drawing from early 00s games aesthetic and the agency’s brand family, I built an identity rooted in
connection—where familiar patterns tell stories, and stickers become a tool for dialogue. Beyond the
brand visuals, I also developed internal and external documents, brochures, and proposals to ensure
a cohesive identity across every touchpoint.
Reliznis!
identity, art direction,
social media, motion, web, print, merch
2023
Reliznis! helps musicians navigate the complex path of releasing their work, and the branding
follows suit. I designed the school’s logo as a loudspeaker intertwined with a maze of wires—a nod
to both the challenges and triumphs of getting music out into the world. With a kinetic,
retro-futuristic aesthetic, the visual system evolved to distinguish each course while maintaining a
cohesive identity. My contributions covered landing pages, educational materials, merch, print
design, and animations for both live events and pre-recorded courses.
Animation Support for Loen
motion
2023
I helped Loen, the Russian-German musician, animate several artworks for her LP and singles, as well
as create immersive backdrops for her live performances. The animations for the
backdrops set a dreamy, folk-inspired mood, transporting the audience to an intimate, almost surreal
state that perfectly complemented the music. For the cover animations, I visualized
the artist’s dreamscape, bringing her ethereal, quasi-ethnic vision to life.
Mir Geroev Pitch
art direction, print
2023
For the Mir Geroev project, I was responsible for preparing various internal and external documents
that visually brought to life the heroes of Russian folklore. The aim was to create a visual
narrative that connected these ancient legends with a modern perspective.
Contact with nothing
art direction, social
media, print
2023
For Anna Nova’s single, I shaped a visual world where uncertainty and
calculation errors take center stage. Inspired by the track’s themes of missteps and contact with
nothingness, the artwork distorts reality — blurring the line between
presence and absence.
Don’t Fade, My Love
art direction, social
media, collage, print, merch
2023
For Maria Zhukova’s upcoming single, I art directed the visuals — shaping the creative direction,
briefing the photographer, and crafting digital collages for the final artwork. The imagery weaves
together floral elegance and quiet tension, mirroring the song’s layered emotions with a sense of
mystery and depth.
Sandglass Protocol
art direction, 3d
2023
An editorial illustration visualizing the remnants of lost systems and buried transmissions. Created
in Cinema 4D + Redshift, the piece merges speculative archaeology with digital surrealism—fractured
glass, weathered wood, and a monolithic shard standing in a desolate, time-worn landscape. A visual
study of decay, memory, and the artifacts left behind.
Hypnos. Egress LP
art direction, social
media, motion, collage, 3d, print, merch, photo, lurmish
2022
Hypnos. Egress continues the journey of Lurmish’s sophomore LP, featuring tracks that didn’t make
the initial cut, along with demos and alternate versions of the released songs. Lurmish sought to
reimagine the Hypnos artwork, leading us to create a custom AI model trained on the visuals and
promotional materials from the original release. The result: an ethereal depiction of the lead
singer as Melusine, caught in a middle stage between her human and water spirit forms, balancing
between pure innocence and the uncanny valley in a single, haunting image.
Zaya
identity, social media,
print, merch, motion
2022
For Zaya, I brought the ultimate Y2K girl to life — bold, bubbly, and bratz-like — through playful,
nostalgic logos and dynamic visuals. Every design reflected her ability to rap, sing,
and charm her way through any situation. I worked on a range of materials, from teasers to artwork,
channeling a quirky, vibrant energy that felt both timeless and ahead of its time.
DGA Anniversary Website
web
2022
For Doing Great Agency’s anniversary website, I created an interactive world map showcasing the
team’s global presence. Clicking on each geotag revealed personal bios and a voice memo with a small
message from each team member. The second section featured a gallery of photos capturing DGA’s work
process and shared memories from over five years of collaboration.
For Aetheria Jewels, I created realistic 3D renders, focusing on materials, lighting, and camera
angles to capture the brilliance of the diamonds and the intricate details of the metal jewelry. The
renders highlighted the beauty of both the sparkling gems and the elegant metal designs, each
modeled with precision to showcase their unique features.
Pins of Nostalgia
3d, merch
2022
A set of promotional renders showcasing enamel pins inspired by iconic Cartoon Network characters
from the '90s and '00s. Designed to capture the bold shapes and vibrant nostalgia of the era, the
renders highlight the pins' glossy finish and collectible appeal.
Signal Sweethearts
art direction, collage,
3d, photography
2022
A Valentine’s Day shoot turned into a surreal love letter. I art directed and edited this session
for my friends as they awaited their first child—starting with a minimal yet vibrant photoshoot and
later distorting it through 3D scenes and VHS signal transmissions, blending warmth with a touch of
digital nostalgia.
Neon Aura
collage, social media
2022
For the artist Neon Aura, I was tasked with editing her promotional photos to embody her stage name
visually. Through a mix of techniques, I reworked the images, playing with retrofied effects and
intentionally introducing signal loss on some for a more glitchy, distorted feel. The final result
captured her essence, with the images used across various promotional materials to enhance her
visual identity.
Netology
art direction, 3d
2022
During my time teaching and leading workshops at Netology, I was also asked to create assets for
promotional and educational purposes. I developed pseudo-organic 3D objects, designed to be
versatile and adaptable, fitting into different contexts while maintaining a unique visual identity.
Lurmish Concert Photography @ Planetarium
collage, photo, lurmish
2022
Captured and edited live concert photography during Lurmish’s show at the planetarium, celebrating
the release of Hypnos. The immersive 360-degree projections on the planetarium dome transformed the
space, wrapping the performance in a dreamlike atmosphere—perfectly in tune with the album’s themes.
Hypnos Era Promo
art direction, social
media, collage, 3d, print, merch, photo, lurmish
2021
Expanding on the Hypnos LP visuals, Lurmish and I developed a promotional photoshoot that hinted at
Melusine’s presence—close but never fully seen. Her tail coils around Karina and Arseniy, a quiet
reminder of her myth, while in other shots, we explored water control and her elusive powers.
Together, we sketched the initial concepts, I shot the photos, and then we brought the imagery to
life—integrating 3D elements and compositing to create an eerie, dreamlike atmosphere. These
visuals, along with custom 3D objects, became the backbone of the band's press pack, posters,
flyers, merch, and other promotional materials.
Hypnos LP
art direction, collage,
3d, photo, print, merch, motion, lurmish
2021
For Lurmish’s sophomore LP Hypnos, we crafted a dreamlike visual world inspired by its namesake —
the Greek personification of sleep. Rooted in the myth of Melusine, the imagery transforms the
band’s lead singer into her own interpretation of spectral water spirit, through a fusion of
photography, 3D, and collage.
Dima Midborn live @ Masts
collage, photo
2021
Captured and edited live concert photography for Dima Midborn’s performance
at Masts Club. With his esoteric, smoky jazz sound in mind, I aimed to translate the mood and
atmosphere of the music into visuals — blurring the lines between light and shadow
to reflect the enigmatic essence of his live set.
Prazdnik MV
collage, photo, video,
merch, lurmish
2021
For Lurmish’s Prazdnik music video, I stepped in as both gaffer and second cameraman, shaping the
light and framing the moments. Beyond the shoot, I captured behind-the-scenes photography, later
repurposed into promotional posters and teasers, extending the visual story beyond the screen.
LENBEAT EP
3d, collage, merch,
print
2021
Freezaka and Hindelanger Str. approached me to craft the visual world for their
LENBEAT EP—an artwork, promotional animation, and static assets that captured the flow and rhythm of
St. Petersburg. Using 3D design, I translated the city’s hazy movement and
lo-fi beats into a visual language that felt fluid, atmospheric, and inherently LENBEAT.
Blühend
art direction, collage,
photo
2020
Blühend invited me to photograph their watering cans, balancing two distinct styles—one with a
dramatic, moody edge and the other in a clean, classic catalog presentation. The result showcased
the objects both as everyday essentials and as sculptural design pieces.
Voyeur
art direction, collage,
photo
2020
I art directed, shot, and edited this series, exploring the tension between distance and intimacy.
Playing with the idea of voyeurism, the images capture glimpses of something just out of
reach—hidden not behind doors, but within the mind.
Ilia Mazo Live @ Lastochka
art direction, collage,
photo
2020
Shot and edited a concert editorial for Ilia Mazo, capturing the duo’s taut, restless sound. The
melancholic undertones of their homeland — woven into their lyrics — shaped the visual narrative,
emphasizing the tension and depth of their performance.
Pora Single
art direction, photo,
collage, motion, video, lurmish
2020
For Lurmish’s single Pora, I art directed the promotional shoot, capturing and editing the photos,
and also served as the cameraman for an unreleased music video. Additionally, I designed a series of
promotional assets to complement the release and visually amplify the track’s impact.
For KV, a secondhand clothing store, I captured a series of photos under the art
direction of
Katya Tolcheva. The
shoot embraced a 90s editorial vibe, blending vintage style with modern appeal to highlight the
store’s unique character and curated selection.
My other classic photo work can be found
here.
Crimson Waiting
art direction, collage,
photo
2019
For this personal shoot, the concept revolved around the intense feeling of being lost in someone —
constantly waiting for them with every passing second of existence. As the narrative unfolded, it
captured the emotional journey of accepting the inevitable truth: that it’s time to move on.
Dancing Lines
art direction, photo,
collage
2019
For the band Dancing, I art directed a commercial shoot designed for their promotional materials.
The concept explored the idea that nothing is linear — an idea that perfectly aligns with the band's
dynamic name and energy, reflecting the constant movement and fluidity of their sound.
OQJAV Live @ Opera Concert Hall
photo, collage
2019
I documented OQJAV’s performance at the Opera Concert Hall, capturing the band's energy and the
theatricality of their live show, alongside their dynamic music guests.
Beztebyatye by Masha Maria
art direction, photo,
collage, merch, print
2019
For Masha Maria’s Beztebyatye era, I provided art direction, translating the soft, dreamy essence of
her music into visuals. The concept blended elements from various eras, creating an archetype of a
soft-hearted girl at the crossroads of time—part classic fable heroine, part 90s rebel, and part
contemporary independent woman. This cohesive vision spanned the Smotri EP and Beztebyatye LP,
including animated covers and merchandise that carried the unique, timeless spirit of her sound.
Manifesto short film
art direction, video,
lurmish
2018
For Lurmish’s Manifesto promotional video, I served as cameraman and on-set supervisor, working
closely with the band. The final video was edited and colored by the band themselves, adding their
personal touch to the project.
Unanswered Echoes
art direction, collage,
photo, lurmish
2018
During Lurmish’s debut LP era, Superblitz, I captured enigmatic liquid digital distortion shots to
immerse the audience deeper into Lurmish’s lore. Using a mix of analogue and digital techniques,
both during the shoot and in post-production, I created visuals that evoke a sense of isolation and
mystery, much like the twisted game-show concept behind the album. These shots were used across
social media and concert posters, enhancing the mystique surrounding the Superblitz era.
